No song accompanied the knitting of this gorgeous soaker, but it has brought back memories of DH's and my honeymoon five years ago. We visited the US then went on a trans Atlantic cruise stopping in at Gibraltar, Spain, France, inc Corsica, and Italy. We then visited Egypt, England and Hong Kong on our trip of a lifetime. On the cruise we had a week or so of lovely weather and smooth seas. One day was incredibly calm and beautiful- the lull before an almighty storm that lasted days. The seas were so rough that no one was allowed on deck and plates were smashing all over the place in the kitchens. We even missed out on our stop in Portugal because the port was closed. Such an exhilarating experience, and it is so good to see those stormy colours right here.
