Beads?

The thought has never occurred to me to add beads to my knitting. I casually watched when it was demonstrated on Knitty Gritty but it has not interested me until today when I stumbled upon Odessa at Mag Knits. It is an extra feminine touch to an already exquisite hat.

Must add it to my knit list, and I will bet right now that I make it without beads in the end. Too much effort to find some I like then to string 150 of the little blighters.

For the record, I was looking for a leg warmer pattern for B at the time, and no I did not find one that I liked.
