1 day to go... finalising

Here she is on her last trip out in her Ergo for a little while. It felt so strange to think that next time we are out shopping she will look different. 

This weekend has seen meals from some lovely women placed in our freezer ready to nourish our family. Another special arrival was my friend's sweet baby girl. I can't wait to meet her. 

Tonight the reality of H and I being away hit home to the girls. It was heartbreaking to see them so upset about their sister. I still feel quite numb and have done for a few days now. My stress earlier in the week has given way to almost a feeling of denial or maybe its resignation that this is not in our hands. 

I will try to update tomorrow.
