This Is... Something I Got But Still Haven't Used

I can't think of anything for this week's theme except my yarn stash, so here it is.

It lives in two 50l containers; 1 for natural fibres and 1 acrylic. Before we moved here the tubs were chockers plus another container about half the size also bursting at the seams. Now we are back to the 2 containers and they are only 2/3 full, so living away from decent stockists has been a blessing after all.

  3. I used to love to look at my mother's yarn stash and feel the different textures. She had some strands that were ones I had sent years ago from England. ;-)

  7. Heehee. You'll get to it eventually, right??? :) This is why I'm glad I haven't learned to sew or knit yet--I know this would happen to me. I always walk through the yarn aisle of craft stores just to see the colors and textures. I better clear out some space before I take up a new hobby!! :)
