At the ripe old age of four, B has nightmares sorted. Yesterday she told me that when she has scary dreams that she whispers "change to the cupcake dream please". She says it works every time, but you have to say please.
So what happens in the cupcake dream? "Well there's fairies on them and sprinkles. They are on a plate and everyone gets to eat them."
Love it.

ReplyDeleteI love this. Must remember this little trick for those moments I want to escape from my bad dreams. Does it work when awake too? (just thinking about work and turning it into a cupcake day instead!)
